I now live in a larger city but was struggling to find an item after checking with local jewelers, so I called Stambaugh’s & Emilee was immediately willing to help. I told her what I was looking for & explained that I wouldn’t be able to physically come to the store to shop around. Using their convenient texting line, Emilee was able to send me a number of styles & was patient with me ‘til we found what I was looking for. She arranged to have the item engraved like I wanted, wrapped as a gift, & shipped fully insured with tracking to the recipient. My entire shopping experience was done from my phone but Emilee made it feel like I was in the store with a personal shopper. Would highly recommend, best customer service & selection.

Customer Service is great. They were very helpful and fixed my husband's watch. Many other shops don't bother with repairs.

My husband & I came back home from Columbus for a visit. I got my Dad’s wedding band sized down, a clasp on a box chain repaired, & they put new backs on my diamond earrings that my husband bought there many years ago. Stambaugh’s did a wonderful job on all the pieces that I gave them. Emilee helped me from the time we stopped in, until she mailed my items back to me. Emilee was such a delight to work with! I highly recommend Stambaugh’s & please go see Emilee, for all your jewelry needs for that someone special!❤️

I went to Stambaugh Jewelers on a friend's recommendation. I had a diamond pendant and a pair of diamond earrings that I wanted remounted into a ring. Cindy was so very helpful in finding the just the right vintage looking ring for the heirloom diamonds that were passed on to me. I am very happy with it.
